蒸汽喷射试验箱 LTA1 Steam Jet Testers LTA1
WALTER Cleaningsystems developped an interbranch procedure in
cooperation with Daimler with which the paint adhesion on painted plastic
components can be tested.
The most important factor is to apply the exact volume flow with well-defined
pressures and constant temperature onto the surface.
A further step of development is the compliance with the DIN ISO 16925
standard which guarantees a cross-border standardization of the testing
method.
Due to our worldwide servicing all units are maintained depending on their
state of wear and are brought into a technically perfect condition. The
calibration carried out by a Walter technician and the traceability to general
standards guarantee a worldwide comparability. We thereby also certify
nozzles conforming to standards and train the operators in how to carry out
the tests.
Due to continuous developments we also fulfil the testing specifications of the
following manufacturers
